Well, I'm back to the start at 142.6 and I am happy too see the scale dropping just a tiny bit after weeks of stalling. Trying some new things and hoping this pushes me through to the 130's!

I had a bad week this week as you can see below. I was doing very well with the challenge and had actually exceeded my mini goal last week but, this week I had a gain of 3.2 lbs. :noway: :grumble: It is all my fault. NO EXCUSES!!!! I am totally owning it!!! I was on vacation last week and I over indulged in food and drink!!!! I had to REVISE MY GOALS to now make it more attainable.
