    Awww, thank you!! Yes, like any of you who have lost weight already know...it's VERY hard to get your mind to change along with your body.

    wow. You look so HEALTHY and beautiful on the outside. This is a reflection of your inside, both emotionally and physically. Focus on how beautiful the INSIDE of your body looks over your life when you work on a healthy lifestyle of excellent nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Your blood numbers must look fantastic now (cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.) Keep it up. It is all about a LIFE TIME of health. :flowerforyou:

    As you know, it doesn't get any easier, bur you know how to do it, and will continue kicking butt until you do get to your goal. I LOVE that you did it the right way. Diet and Exercise! Be happy. Wear those sun dresses with pride. You DESERVE IT! You worked hard, and should be so happy with how far you've come!

    That is amazing. It is remarkable to me some of these transformations. At risk of sounding shallow, I see that picture of you before, and I don't really think anything other than that you were a big person. But, damn, your after pic is gorgeous.

    Wow! Talk about inspiring! You look amazing! I've got several health issues too, which make it next to impossible to work out. Knee surgeries, gout in one knee, and lupus. Thank you for sharing your story. I really needed to hear it. :)

    You look utterly amazing. Well done and thank you for posting your pictures. The skin thing is a worry - but you are right, I would rather be thin with extra skin than fat and filling that skin!! Keep up your good work (not that you look like you need to lose any more!!) and you will get to your ultimate goal. :flowerforyou:
