    wow. You look so HEALTHY and beautiful on the outside. This is a reflection of your inside, both emotionally and physically. Focus on how beautiful the INSIDE of your body looks over your life when you work on a healthy lifestyle of excellent nutrition, exercise, and sleep. Your blood numbers must look fantastic now (cholesterol, blood sugar, etc.) Keep it up. It is all about a LIFE TIME of health. :flowerforyou:

    As you know, it doesn't get any easier, bur you know how to do it, and will continue kicking butt until you do get to your goal. I LOVE that you did it the right way. Diet and Exercise! Be happy.
