I'm still so sore from Legs & Back yesterday. I added a lot more weight to the leg exercises and did more pull ups than ever before. I can barely straighten my arms today, so Kenpo was quite the struggle. Yikes!0 -

well ladies and gents-i am officially a p90x grad!!! just wrapped up day 90 with some yoga x. i am taking all next week off and then starting it back up again the following monday. i plan to stick with the schedule until p90x 2 ships in then start that.
