    1.1 lb. loss this week! Better than nothin', and way better than gaining!! :)

    Hi Ladies,

    We are going to add a new rule to this challenge:
    If a member does not log in or comment on your team thread for more than 3 days, they will be replaced. Part of the journey of losing weight is having support. If a team member is going out of town or need a few personnal days please let your captain know and this will not apply to you. Everyone must weigh in on Wednesdays, if you are unable to on Wednesday please post your weight along with your points on Tuesday.

    *Team Captains-please msg the person that is not logging in and let them know, give them a chance to respond if they do not they will be disqualified.

    Please post this on your Team thread.
  • weigh in.... i lost 2 lbs as of this morning for the week.
    did the push ups, and the jumping jacks and was in bed by 10, up at 6 every night but last night. i didnt do the recipe part :(

    emotional:

    My weight really isn't an issue in my family because everyone is overweight. I'm personally hard on myself because i've always been the skinny one, and after having all the babies i did, that just isn't there anymore. No one really comments on my weight or anything like that. I hate being overweight in general, but my family doesnt effect that really at all.

    so i guess thats 3 points and 2 lbs. hope it helps and sorry it took me so long to get it to you :(
