    I enjoy running because I pace myself so it doesn't tire me out easily, but I hate lifting weights with a passion. So tedious, repetitive and hurts like *kitten*. :(

    Most stretching stinks. I seriously think that PTs use that word to cover up their intent to pull/tear your muscles so they can "rehab" you once a week for the rest of your life, which in turn promises to make the injury worse.
