    Maria - I hope you're right about quick deliveries! I think the issue is that I'm in Canada but I ordered from Amazon in the US, because the Canadian Amazon website didn't have it in stock at the time.

    Everyone seems to be starting strong!! (or intends to too once they get it!!)

    Just popped in to say HELLO! Got L1D4 done this morning- does get easier...now thinking- how many more days until i start L2 and die again!!?

    Jillian used to motivate me, but after doing for so many days, i can only take much of the same blah blah blah- i have the ipod station set up next to the TV- Michael Franti & Spearhead got me through todays workout!! I'm a music freak so it def helps me! How about you?

    Calories burned already down from 401 to 334 (still better than 30DS, but wish it stayed at 400!) Slowly getting easier, but I still hate those lifts in circuit 3! I just hope the v-raises aren't in this video! At least they are only 30 seconds long and not 1 minute!

    Can't wait till more of you guys start! Day 3 down...that means already halfway thru level 1! Woot! :drinker:

    Day 2 gone and forgotten!! Already noticing that some of the moves are just a bit easier ... well, not easier but I'm not ready to collapse doing them!! ;) The running man is still kicking my butt!! I can't for the life of me do both the legs and arms without wimping out on one!! Oh well, hopefully with time I'll get stronger!

    Oh, another thing! I love those reverse crunches!! I love when I can feel something while I'm doing the reps!! I start cracking up b/c I think she's crazy ... and I think I'm crazy for still doing it! I can't imagine what 30 days of this is going to bring!!

    Keep going guys!! We can do this!! \m/

    Day 3 all done! My body reallty wanted to skip today but I remembered the are throwing a ice cream sundea party at work this afternoon. I think some frozen yogurt is deserved after 3 days of this video!
    SDV I'm with you on the running man. The frist set I'm okay but the second set I slow down a bit. Plus I think they are what are straining the back of my legs. Is anyone else's legs hurting?

    and i'm going back to my youth tonite. going to see iron maiden! used to love them when i was a teenager so when i heard they were playing belfast i had to go. havent heard them for about 20 years though! any excuse for a nite out with the lads! lol.

    means no jillian for me today but with a day off in RI30 that suits me fine. although i guess i'll have to do it tomorrow with a hangover! yikes!! :noway:

    erica--my hamstrings are sore, but my legs don't abnormally hurt. Feels good to be sore again! Thought it was hilarious on the 30DS that after day 2, it hurt to squat down to sit on the toilet...it isn't that bad this round :blushing:

    I am not sure if this is late in the game but this is my first time of joining any online support. I've had Jillian's dvd for many months but it's collecting dust at home. I am thinking of starting this on Monday (8/8/11). Is it too late to join your group?

    Absolutely not! We have people on the list that isn't starting until mid and end August...hop on it. Read my first post to see how this list works and welcome. A few of us were on a 30DS support group hosted by tjradd and it worked so well we decided to keep it going for the Ripped in 30 video.

    Gained my 'sore muscles' 1 pound of water/sore muscle weight today.

    Just remember: If you are eating right and exercising, don't get discouraged if you gain a couple of pounds doing this video. Those that are on the final bits of your weight loss are more likely to see this because of toning your muscles and have less fat to lose. Those of you that are just starting or in the first 1/2 of you weight loss are less likely to see this because you body is more willing to let the fat go. Many people have seen that even though you may end the 30 days with zero or +/- 1 or 2 pounds, the pictures show a difference...so don't let some piddly numbers on a little plate that you can stand on discourage you from your goals!

    I can't believe today was day 3!! I was really thinking it was day 2!

    I'm noticing that my stamina is increasing quite a bit ... surprised by how much. I was able to do almost everything - modified of course! I actually made it through all the reverse crunches ... ooowweeeee!! I'm also amazed with how much I sweat in her workouts!! I'm dripping by the end - it's crazy!! I'm not feeling it my legs as much as I'm feeling it in my arms today!! Those pushup were suddenly getting harder to do and I was feeling the burn!!

    Can't wait for tomorrow!!

    Yes , i also see that I have more stamina too , today was a bad day food wise , I am not losing weight , but just want to stick to this challenge

    My stamina is increasing as well. Legs feel a lot better today too. I worked out with it on mute this morning. Didn't feel like listening to Jillian too much.

    with a day of on wednesday today was day 3 of level 1 for me. can get thru the first 2 levels with my heavier weights but once those side lunge and arm raises start i have to go down in weights. but over all i'm loving level 1. love the tricep work in circuit 1.

    its been said before but i'm so glad to have done 30DS first then ripped in 30. get the feeling by the time we hit level 3 and 4 its gonna get scary though! :laugh:

    and kory i also feel it i my hamstrings after this workout, but doing 30DS first has probably prepared us better for RI30. i'd hate to have seen how long i lasted if i'd gone with RI30 first! :noway:

    as for how many days to do i think i'm going with 6 days of each level in a week with 1 rest day. that would take us up to 28th august. like i did with 30DS i think i'll maybe then go back and do level 1 of RI30 just to see what its like after completing it all. and then maybe take a day or 2 break before starting something else in september.

    Yep, I am doing 6 days per level, one rest day (Saturdays), then move to next level

    gd--yes, I feel the same way about glad to have done the 30DS first! I hate the circuit 3 lunges/lifts too...my right knee doesn't like squats and my arms hate those lifts!

    Only 1 more day of level 1!
