    Hi everyone!

    I did my push ups, didn't go over my cals and got in 100mins of cardio!! (as soon as I saw your post I took the dog for a quick walk to make it to a nice even number!!)

    I really don't mind when our rest day is so whatever everyone decides is fine by me.

    Let's go hard this week ladies!!!

    Hey guys! I love the idea of posting points on here to make us accountable to eachother! It's so hard for me to get on the message boards up where I am but I'll try my hardest!! :) I have been messaging Laurie every day though, just so everyone knows.

    For Thursday, I logged 65 points. Today I've already gotten 40 points in just exercise down, and hopefully will be adding more to the exercise, plus the bonuses!

    I don't have a preference for a rest day, although this Monday I will be going on a 7-mile hike so those would be some great points to log!

    Well I usually go to the gym in the morning but I'm hitting the books instead so will go there tonight. Usually if I do this I never get to the gym but this time . . . NO EXCUSES!!! I will be thinking of how many points I can get my teammates instead of thinking that I'm too tired to go. This is our time everyone!! We can do this!!

    We still haven't really settled on a rest day. We need to get on this, especially since its only Friday night here, but it is already Saturday morning for one of our members. And I have to get an answer to Jen ASAP. Should we just go ahead and pick Sunday for this week since it was our lowest last week, and think about what to do going forward?

    I would vote for saturdays as a rest day because I work from noon to 11 pm and find it nearly impossible to get any exercisee beyond work.. Thats my vote but i will try if that doesn't ork for everyone.
    I got my 25 pushups done this morning , and got in 60 mins of cardio.
    also undr in calories !! I think it was a good day all around...

    I'm originally from New Zealand but currently living in South Korea!!!! So when some of you are just getting up I'm thinking about heading to bed :laugh:

    Regarding rest days why don't' we do sat (even though this sat I've already worked out). If one member definitely can't work out on this day then this is the day to do it. But this starts next week, right??

    Today I was under my cals, under my sodium (can't remember which one I was suppose to do today so did both:wink: ) and finished my 50 side crunches (I did 50 each side as wasn't sure if it was 25 each side or 50 so just to be sure I did the higher number.) My cardio was 90 mins BUT I realize that if I do another 10 mins we get another 10 points soooooo I'm off to walk the dog right now!!! That will take me up to 100 mins YAY!!!!

    Go KJ! I'm thinking today is going to be a lite day for me. I woke up not feeling so great and not getting a lot of sleep. I took a walk this morning thinking that it'd help, but no luck! Plus I have extra family at the cabin this weekend so theres no telling the plan. I'll keep you all updated! Good luck today!

    We need to choose our rest day in advance, so since it is already Saturday, we will have to choose a different day for this week. Let's say Sunday will be our rest day this week, which means drinking 10 cups of water each and trying for the nutrition challenge but no points for our work outs. And we can think about Saturday for next week. Sound good? BTW... we logged 250 points yesterday. Woohoo! Also, some of the other teams have cool little pictures in their signatures. Would yoy guys be interested if I made one?

    I'm in a few other challenges but haven't attached their logos as it would make my signature too long. However this group is different as this group is for LIFE:tongue: !!! Well maybe a slight exaggeration however I view this challenge as a very looooong term one.

    Sunday this week sounds good to me, and then if needed, next week we can change it to Sat.

    Also I want to say a big woop woop to all DROPPING DIVAS!!!!! We sure have raised the bar since last week!! (actually last week was probably my fault due to my stupid hip, sorry). We were rated 7th last week, lets see us bet that this week!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!

    Ok of to bed :yawn: its 2:30am here (been up studying). I'm going to bed to dream of my 10 cups of water!

    I'd love a badge! Yay! Glad to hear were getting better than we were last week!! I can't see the spreadsheet on my phone, but I'll look at it asap! Today I've gotten 60 points just with exercise, but I'll send a message with my total total to Laurie tonight. Rest day tomorrow sounds wonderful!! So much water! And so many points!! :)

    Hey guys, so as you can see, I created a badge for us. I didn't have a ton of time to put it together, and it's bigger than I'd like, but you're welcome to use it. And if someone else wants to create a different one, that's great too. Then we'll have a choice. Anyway, here it is.

    I would love a badge!! :smile: I did manage to get in 20 mins of workout .. sorry it was not more . Saturdays just really have no time for me in them. I i did get the oblique crunches done before i got up this morning. Cna i just say ouch LOL. . Was over in sodium ..... Dang stuff is in everything!!! Had a really crappy binge day today !!! I hate saturdays !!

    I love the badge! I'll put it in my signature as soon as I get to a computer! So far, I've had 2 cups... I've gotta step up my drinking today!! I'm definitely looking forward to a rest day today. And looking even more forward to my 7 mile hike (which will probably take me foreverrrrr) tomorrow!

    How is everyone doing today.
    I got a complement about our badge yesterday!!! Pretty cool aye!!!!
    I had a great day I was under my cals, drank lots of water, finished 50 flys and did 100 mins of cardio.
    Hope everyone else is having a great day. Remember THIS IS OUR WEEK!!!!!! I looked at the score board this morning (hope it hasn't changed) and we were sitting in 2nd woop woop!!!!! To go from 7th over all to 2nd is pretty kick *kitten*!!! Do I hear a first?????

    oops that should have said under calories by 912 calories.. woohoo. Net calories today 1137 :laugh: best day food wise.. NO more binges. oh yeah and I tried the reverse crunches for tomorrow. That will definately be one that I have to spread out through the day !! 5 at a time.. but I will get them done!!

    Hey ladies! I did 3 hours of cardio today, including a 6 mile hike in just under 2 hours! Wooh!! I also did the dumbbell flies and was wayyyy under in cals thanks to the hike! So my total was 105!

    I'm going to get to the local library tomorrow so I can finally look up the spreadsheets!

    Go team!!

    Kat - I'm with you on the reverse crunches. I hate this ab exercise the most out of all the ab exercises I've tried. It's ok we can do it!!!!

    Kelsey you are amazing!!!!! Way to go girl!!!!!!!!

    Went for a swim this morning and off to the gym later on today. Water is going well and food not so bad either. I'll be back to give exact numbers.

    Hi again,
    so under my carbs, cals and sodium, did my 50 reverse crunches, and clocked in another 100 mins of cardio. this was a bit of a struggle as was really tired tonight but I had to do an extra mile for another challenge so then decided to stay on to make it up to 2o mins for this challenge :) Dont' you love the way challenges push you like that.

    Are any of you doing c25k? I am trying to start but I feel so self conscious doing the intervals at the public track in front of other people. I got 90 minutes in today just walking because there were took many people here and I was self conscious.

    Hey ladies! I did 100 minutes of walking trails so far today! Haven't looked at the nutrition or exercise challenges yet, but I'll check them out. Hope everyone is chugging along nicely. :)

    Laurie - I started c25k about a month ago but I didn't follow through. It was really difficult for me to run 30 seconds, let alone a minute. I decide when I lost another 20lbs I'd try again. I almost wish I'd have done it in a public place because that probably would have pushed me to run further! Maybe in September I'll try it again! Good luck!

    I got the 50 reverse crunches done.. OMG that was tough ..
    Sodium was 1001 mg lost ever for me so definately under
    and walked for 40 mins..

    Those reverse crunches were a killer! You are not the only oneKat. I walked and jogged 120 minutes today but totally blew it on my sodium! Sorry guys.

    Oh yeah! The reverse crunches are rough! I will feel those tomorrow! I did a total of 50 points of cardio today and the crunches but can't tell if I was under on sodium or not. Wish the iPhone app told you that! Grr! Anyway, I asked Laurie to check it for me before the totals were submitted.

    Thanks so much for working with me with all my vacation stuff!

    I have been struggling with motivation the last few days, im covering a vacation so im working 6 days a weeks alone. Im more tired and have less energy... uggg so sorry ladies. Im barely hangin under my cals and doing minimal exercise. I will be stepping it up I dont like feeling like this. Today I got 30 points is all..
