Hey, ladies we're not doing the best this week, but that's okay because we start over again every friday! So we have a fresh slate and can pull out a big week this time if we want to!! Don't forget Saturday is our rest day every week, so make sure you're drinking water, and I think it's under calories... Well I'm back and I promised myself that I would post on here everyday (even if the results suck)
Monday I was under sodium, and did 30 mins of dancing ( my dog thought I was crazy!) I loved this challenge by the way, very fun. Also drank all my water.
Today I did 80 mins of cardio, under my carbs, and did those silly squats (which I was NOT a fan of:grumble: ), and also drank water.
I just looked at the score board and you guys rocked while I was MIA!! Well done!!!!! You have inspired me to get moving for the rest of the week to make up for not contributing that much.0 -
I am sorry I have been having a very tough couple days. The DR has warned me to avoid all working out and exercise for 2 weeks and possible as many as 6 weeks. I will have to withdraw from this challenge group :sad: .. You girls rock and I dont want to hold you back. I will continue to watch the thread and try to motivate you if I can. I am gonna pull myself together and not let this be a HUGE setback for me, I did let it ruin 2 days now but NO MORE.. Keep it up ladies ***loves and hugs***0

WE are totally going to miss you:sad: :sad: but it is better that you take the time off and get better than push yourself too much.
Remember not to be a stranger and come back and see us every so often.
Take care chick and just remember just because you can't exercise doesn't mean that you can't loose weight! Staying under your cals and drinking your water is definitely going to help you. And if you need someone to talk to we will be here!

no challenges . sorry :sick: :frown: still having ear trouble . So I am thankful to be up and walking. did try the dancing but it jsut managed to make me dizzy.
Today I had 3
40 mins of cardio again . .. I will be honest my eating sucks right now... its like a ravenous bear has taken over my mind and body and is trying to store up for the long winter. No matter what i try to do to kill it . it keeps coming back for more. Forgive me girls.

Sorry I've been kind of MIA the past few days. I've been trying to fight off some sort of viral infection that's really messing with my sinuses! Uhh! Anyway, I've been updating Laurie with my totals every night!
Today (Tuesday) I had 40 minutes of cardio, did those squats (ouch), and stayed under in carbs! So, that's 35 points for me. Hoping for a better day tomorrow!!

Good morning!
It sounds like the flu is going around, that sucks. Kat I hope you got that hungry monster under control. I hate when it rears it's ugly head, I can never control him (well not at the moment BUT someday I will learn how to tame the beast).
Yesterday I did my dumbbell rows and my muscles are killing me today!!
I was also under my cals and did 60 mins of exercise.

Hi everyone!
I did 70 mins of cardio, supermans and was under my fat intake. I'm thinking of joining a biggest loser competition at the gym with my husband (it's a pair competition). That should be the kick I need to keep me on the right track. My mate suggested my husband and I go on seperate teams to motivate each other but we are both very competitive that we would end up sabotaging each other He totally agreed and mentioned that he would leave chocolate around the house just so I wouldn't' win :laugh: Oh what a supportive husband I have!!! Hence being on the same team is the ONLY option :bigsmile: The competition goes for 12 weeks and starts 12th September. My husband still needs to be talked into it a little but I'm sure I can twist his arm

Hey ladies, so far I've done 60 minutes of cardio an the supermans. It's only 2pm, but I've logged my food for the day and it looks like I'm going to be under in fat. I'm about to dust off the EA Active for Wii and do some boxing or step.
I haven't been logging a lot of my cardio because I left my HRM at the house I just moved from and waiting for it in the mail. I don't like logging it without my monitor just because I like it to be super accurate and would rather log under than over. It's a weird quirk.

Kat I totally have a stick for you to borrow!!
So I'm really excited but have no one to tell as my DH is away so wanted to share my awesome news with you all. I'm down 10kgs (21pounds) since I started 5 weeks ago!!!! I'm sooo happy. I've also taken off 6.5cm (2.5 inches) from my waist and 4cm (1.5 inches) off my hips in 4 weeks. I'm totally doing a happy dance at the moment. The last few weeks have not been a smooth ride BUT Ive made it out on the other side and nothing will stop me now!
Oh by the way on Friday I did my lunges, was under my sodium and did 60 mins cardio
and Sat I drank all 10 cups of water

I got a 30 min walk in while pacing the floor. Stayed under my calories .. drank lots of water..

Hi Ladies:
I am Tiffany and I'm new to the Group! I have felt under the weather yesterday and today a little bite yet. This past weekend was crazy. I am headed to the gym after work again (went this am for 15 mins, couldn't push through much else)
So far today, I am over on fat already and plan to do the Windshield Wipers tonight when I go back.
I will just give you all a tid bit about myself. I have always struggled with weight but decided to really work to lose this time. I have been on this journey since July and it has not been easy. I work out any where from 5-7 days a week, sometimes twice. I work in the Public Relations department for a nonprofit and love the Chicago Bears. I am an avid shopper and coupon if I have the time!

Today was a much better day .. I walked for 20 mins and danced for 10 .. so total of 30 mins cardio.
Tried the windshield wipers but only got about 20 done... They just totally kill me.
Was under on fat..
and drank ltos of water...
tomorrow will be evern better.
Husband feeling better and has a follow up appointment on thursday..

I only got in 20 minutes of cardio (zumba) today. It was my first day of my final year of graduate school so I was completely slammed! Managed to stay under fat by 1 gram and did all the windshield wipers. At least made a good attempt at all of them. So that's 25 points for me today. Tomorrow I plan on zumbaing til I can't zumba anymore! Hopefully I'll have a big number for you!0 -
Still waiting to hear back from a couple of you with Monday's points. Jen talked wth all of us team captainsthis week. Some teams were calculating their points wrong. (Not us!)
Remember, it's 10 points for every 20 minutes of exercise, plus 10 points for the exercise challenge and 5 points for the nutrition challenge.0 -

i didn't have so much success for tuesday. i was planning on zumba-ing until my little heart couldn't take it, but that didn't happen. life got in the way. don't you hate when that happens!?
however, i was under sodium and did my squats, so i have just 15 for you guys.
tomorrow, my plan is to do my zumba!! and thursday will be SO much better because my gym membership will be reactivated (i moved out of the town i'm in for the summer, so i froze my gym membership so i didn't have to pay while i was gone). my numbers will be WAY better then!!

Kelsey I'm feeling you with the whole grad school thing. I'm in my last semester and it's so hard to drag my *kitten* away from the computer to do any cardio as I keep thinking I have an assignment to finish. Oh well I have decided this month I need to manage my time more effectively so I can up my cardio.

40 mins of cardio (probably more than that but I lost count of the time when I was doing exercises on the sales floor while hanging tags ) Got some strange looks but those squats last night and probably 100 more today have my legs very sore.
50 dumbell flys ( pumpkin flys LOL i dont have dumbells so i live large cans of pumpkin)
i think thats 30 points in for me...
will let you all know how hubbys appointment goes tomorrow !!

hiiiii!! so today i was under carbs, did my dumbell flys, andddd had 120 minutes of cardio (80 of which were zumba, wooh!). so my total for today (wednesday) is 75!! yay. best day i've had in a while.
tomorrow starts my gym again... i'm hopeful i'll have some time to go tomorrow night! i'm a night owl, so i'm usually there between midnight and 2am. yay for 24 hour gyms! :]
happy thursday (it's almost the weekend!!).
