  • hey ladies - sorry i've been missing the past few days! i'm swamped early in the week, but tomorrow i'm going to get on here and tell you all my totals for monday-tomorrow!!

    so sorry i was mia this week!! it was an insane week! here are my totals!

    monday:
    under fat
    vertical crunches
    cardio: 140 minutes
    total: 85 points

    tuesday:
    over in sodium. argh!
    leg lifts
    cardio: 120 minutes
    total: 70 points

    wednesday:
    over in carbs (by only 2!)
    lateral delotoids
    cardio: 0 minutes
    total: 10 points. :[

    thursday:
    over in calories
    crunches
    cardio: 0 minutes
    total: 10 points. :[

    friday:
    way under in carbs
    side squats
    cardio: 220 minutes
    total: 125 points!

    saturday:
    already had 10 cups of water and a ton of calories left!
    total: 105 points

    not such a great week for me, but hopefully i made up for some of it on friday!

    i can't believe it's the last week of the challenge already! let's kick butt this week (safely!!) :]

    Still waiting on your numbers ladies! I have to get them into Jen. So far, we're only caught up with her through last Monday. We're a week behind.

    60 mns of cardo


    saturday rest day
    10 water

    sunday
    60 cardio


    monday 40 cardio


    tuesday
    40 cardio



    Sorry ladies the exercise challenges are defeating me ( dang disease ) but on the good side I am not giving up...

    nutrition, exercise, and 60 minutes cardio
    total: 45

    monday:
    nutrition and exercise
    total: 15

    tuesday:
    exercise and 80 minutes cardio
    total: 50

    wednesday:
    nutrition, exercise, and 80 minutes cardio
    total: 55

    thursday:
    nutrition and 80 minutes cardio
    total: 45
