Extra walk today (check)...actually, after my regular work out, I ended up walking the dog three miles. He is spent but probably won't be giving me much trouble today. lol
So far, I'm on 64 oz. of water will for sure be drinking more as i work on the computer today. I think I've had some sort of breakthrough; All three of my routines seemed too easy and over quickly. Not going to ramp it up yet though. Those crunches are going to be hard tomorrow. I'm going to try to do them at once but will break it down to sets of ten if I have to. Having a great time with this challenge!
I'll also do 100 jacks today and will update when it's done...and I know I'll be under calorie goal for sure. Awesome day!

You are right, there is one challenge per day, but we are just pushing ourselves the extra mile.
To Everyone: Do not get overwhelmed. My concern is that you do what is required, but of course, I want you to challenge yourselves. You know how the saying goes...to get what you never had, you need to do what you have never done! So, try some of the things. I will post some modification links for those who are unable to do things due to back knees, but overall, just do what you committed to...all else is extra. Sorry for the confusion...OK, I'm confused. I thought the challenges were 1 per day? Like yesterday was 100 jumping jacks and today is 1 extra mile. But I saw that some people did and extra mile and jumping jacks and some people are doing squat thrusts (which are day 6)? Or is everyone just doing extra to push themselves? Help :huh:0 -

We are all just doing some extra to push ourselves, thats all! Today is actually only 1 mile of walking, jogging or running, but there are people throwing out all kinds of crazy challenges all over the place. Feel free to join in if you want to! :bigsmile:
She is right..Team Curvette's and Gary's team are throwing extra challenges out at everyone, so some of us wanted to take on that challenge to push ourselves.. Yes, please join in if you can.. Otherwise just make sure you do your 1 mile of walking, jogging or running..:flowerforyou:
OK. Well, I'm doing a marathon training program and I work with a personal trainer once a week, so I'm pretty challenged as it is!
So, for now, I'm going to stick to the plan. I don't want to burn out by the end of the first week.0 -
