Just saw this post! I just started a new thread myself about starting Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 lol. Wish I had seen this first but I'd love to follow this one too. Starting tonight and will keep everyone posted on my progress. Really want to build my strength and lose about another 2 inches from my hips and waist so even if this helps me get half way I'd be happy with that!

I'm a bit over my calorie today only by around 50 calories and I was planning to rest today but I might do this workout again for the 2nd time this week.
I don't know if I can commit to doing it 6 x a week as i love going to the gym and i'm doing c25k so i'm going to aim for 4 times a week instead.
So i should be doing this on saturday and sunday too.0 -

I might need to miss a day or two myself soon, as we're off to a jazz/blues festival this weekend (an hour's drive away). Going to try to get up early in the morning to meet up with Jillian and yous though.0 -

I'm going to do it anyway, had a tiny bit of cheese so i'm probably over by 100 now, i'll probably have saturday off instead seeing as i'm going to be really busy seeing family and stuff.0 -
I'm still here! had several errands to do yesterday, so I did day 3 of Week 1 today.. loving that I'm actually improving day by day.. using 5 lb weights still. man are my arms killing and boy am i sweating by the 3rd circuit! those side lunges are killer!0

So I actually was going to go to bed and do this in the morning, anyway i went to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
I saw half a snickers bar on the side, I had said half a snickers bar ( I don't even really like snickers bars) it was 244 calories so then I was like 'right gotta burn this off'
So I came back downstairs and did ripped in 30 and now I can safely say I burnt it off. It's Friday though here so i'm counting it towards today's goal but now I have over 1200 to last the rest of the day, the only other exercise I plan on doing today is day 3,week 1 of c25k and then i'm going to see my best friend
I might go on a walk with her or something but apart from that it's pretty chill, saturday i'll probably do ripped in 30 again quite early in the morning (like 7-9 am) and then no exercise for 24 hours and then sunday will be c25k around lunchtime and RI30 in the evening.
Oh and may I just say my thighs are killing me,owwww.0 -

"still" using 5lb weights?! I only manage that for about 3 or 4 of the exercises! The rest are on 3 lbs. I'm on week 1 day 2, and have done weights before... or so i thought!!0
