    Last week was a bust for me!! I was sick most of the week and could not get the MOJO going. This week is a new week!! I see you all have been holding down the fork with some awesome workouts!! Keep up the good work!! I hope to join you this week. I took my 1st Zumba class tonight and I loved it and I look forward to next Monday. I could not believe what a good workout I got!!

    Monday - 93 minutes (C25K Week 8/Day1; walked the dog; 30 Day Shred Level 1/Day 1)
    Tuesday - 125 minutes (Shred L1/D2; walked the dog)
    Wednesday - 83 minutes (C25K W8/D2; Shred L1/D3; walked the dog)
    Thursday - 85 minutes (C25K; Shred L1/D4; walked the dog)
    Friday - 20 minutes Shred L1/D5 (also mowed on the riding mower but it doesn't count )
    Saturday - 140 minutes (Shred L1/D6; push mowed for 90 minutes; then C25K)
    Sunday - 30 minutes walking with the dog

    360 minutes achieved on Thursday!!

    Thought I'd try tracking calories this week and see where I end up. I plan to run today and hope my leg muscle handles it, or else it will turn into a walk. This is day 2 of a break from Shred, if my leg handles running today I'll be back to Shred Weds.

    hi ladies i'm back again...but i am going to revise my goal to 240 minutes/week...i am 10 weeks prego :) and though i plan to continue working out regularly, the intensity and length of my workouts have and definitely will have to decrease a bit :) i've missed the motivation y'all give me so i am going to try to keep up with this thread better again :)

    so far this week:

    monday: 3.2 mile run 33/298
    tuesday: gardening 45/181

    total so far: 78 minutes/479 calories
    to go: 162 minutes

    I have finished my very low calorie diet so now I am able to resume workouts. I am so excited because I got my basement back!!! YAAAYYYYYYY!!!! I was up this morning at 4 a.m. - in the basement working out with Chalene!! It was great and invigorating. On the down side though, my hips were yelling all day!!! Mr. Arthur has been attacking my body for years. I thought I had gotten rid of him when I had my knees replaced back in 2007, then he attacked my ankle. That got semi-fixede with cortisone shots. Now him (Arthur) and the 'fat demon" are trying to put another obstacle in my path - and just when I got my basement back to myself!!! But I'm not giving in. I had my doctor get me some strong pain medication and I'm moving on!!

    I have been full of energy all day. It is no 9:38 p.m. and I know I must get to bed soon if I'm going to make my 4 a.m. appointment with Chalene. So good night everyone. We'll chat tomorrow!!

    Thanks Val! I had been looking for a class conventient, etc and this just kind of fell in my lap!! Really it is in walking distance too!! and at 8 pm at night too. It was a blast and I will be there most weeks for sure. In Sept I will have to miss 6 weeks but that will be fine. I am feeling better. Today was my 1st day back at the gym since the 11th!
