Today was my 50% day I call it, where I do half my normal weight but 50% more reps (if I can lol)
Bench Press - 4x9 @ 125lbs
Inverted Row - 3x6
Dumbell Flye - 4x15 @ 20lbs
Lying Tricep Extentions 4x15 @ 50lbs plus ez curl bar
Lateral Raise - 4x15 @ 20lb dumbells
Bentover Lateral Raise - 4x15 @ 12lb dumbells
Barbell Curl - 50 reps (no weight)
Lying Tricep Extentions - 75 reps ez curl bar (no weight)
35 minutes treadmill 3.8mph at incline 100 -
Yesterday I taught Aqua fitness and was able to make the class work harder and me not so much; however, that made my workout not so great.
Today I am going to an interval training class and a Zumba workout.0 -
Finished off 2014 yesterday with personal record of 12 Tabata sets done non-stop. Just a puddle at the end!0

I did an hour class of total body and a dynamite Zumba class. - 700 calories burned. And 14,000 steps according to my Jawbone.0

12k steps
22 mins of those were ran....the rest walking outdoors and normal activity ☺ (normally average 17k steps)
I'll be back at my running and strength training again come Monday when normality resumes!0 -
I did a few different exercises,Like prisoner squat,jogging..etc
Its not like I m bulky or anything...but I want a flat stomach...and maybe reduce 4Lbs too...can anybody help me with some tips..???0 -
cardio - treadmill 45 minutes at 5-7-10 incline for speeds of 3-3.7

I did an intense non-stop chest, shoulders, biceps, obliques, and legs in circuit for an hour - then I did 24 minutes of HIIT - 2 Hi 1 Lo on Precor AMT i100.0
