    1. KB lunge/passthrough 20#
    2. KB shoulder press 15 reps 15#
    3. Halo (circling head) :30 one direction, then the other :30 10#
    Post cardio:

    Made it to 45 minutes on the elliptical. This is a really big deal for me. Netflix! I almost forget to watch the time (: Then some sort-of lunges. I tried that yesterday for a challenge thingie and muscles were sore today. So I did some more. And I didn't fall over (: (:
