I hear you totally... snow and cold it's been a rough winter here in Colorado as well. Finally we got above 35 had a nice day so I took the pups for a long walk and went 5 miles or 12606 steps on my fitbit

Wow! With all this activity, if we could harness it we could keep the lights of Las Vegas going. Today I biked on a recumbent bike for 30 minutes and increased the level from 8 to 9 today. I also walked on a treadmill for 20 minutes. The machines told me I burned a total of 320 calories.0

snow shovelling and then when I drove home for lunch I dug out my new snowshoes and walked back to work-meaning I had to walk home as well-so 40 minutes snowshoeing.0

I love Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast! My sister bought it somewhere years ago and gave it to me; it's so much fun!!!
Today I used my xBox to workout - Just Dance 2015. It's easy to be wimpy but if you really throw yourself into trying to get all the moves perfect (including the legs) it's actually a pretty good workout. I did it for 61 minutes, which turned out to be 440 calories, according to my PolarFT4.
