    (Followed by several hours of hard/deep coughing & hoping that my lungs stay where they're supposed to be. I shouldn't be exercising in cold air, but there's nobody else to clear the snow.)

    Nothing yet (apart from walking up and down the stairs doing housework) but have made plans for a friend to pick me up tonight on her way to the gym to do a 60 min Body Balance class with her. (so no chickening out for me!)

    30d plank challenge - level 1. 60 seconds front, 30 seconds left & right side each. HARD!

    I also ran/walked 2 miles (C25K style) and did some upper body weights.

    All these different things folks are doing are inspiring!

    Wish I could run... stupid cold weather and snow. I guess work as I walked about 13,000 steps and burned about 3,000 calories.

    Cardio Challenge (Insanity Max 30) this morning, and spin class tonight. I'm not feeling the best, so here's hoping I can keep up in class tonight. Darn common cold!
