Ok so I'm late checking in this week because I've been on vacation...so I essentially didn't really think about what I ate this week...I ate when I was hungry and didn't when I wasn't...I ate greasy food, and junk food, and also noticed how that made me feel terrible at times....how this made me loose a pound I don't know!!!! But now that I'm back I'm also extra motivated to get back on track, so I guess this is like a bonus head start!!0
