    I see now that I'm just not a yoga person. it's not intense enough for me. I did end up finding time this week to do lots of cardio and did my personal best on the stationary bike: 15.32 miles in 60 minutes! I'l do my challenge for next week.

    Team let's do our very best this week! We all want to lose weight and have set high goals for ourselves. Daily, once we finish each challenge, we should push for 5 MORE! We can do 5 more chops OR drink 5 more oz. of water. Just think of the EXTRA lb or 2 that you could do if you just did 5 more. Now, before I hit "post reply", I'm going to do 5 more squat jacks. Seriously, I had just done 15; but now I'm changing it to 20 because I did 5 MORE!!!!! Oops, I almost did 6. :happy:

    Yesterday, while at Gold's Gym, I saw a tshirt that read "Stronger than Yesterday". When I hit my next goal, I'm going to buy it. I started thinking...how many times in your life are you really faster, stronger, smarter, etc than yesterday? Many people talk about their Glory Days; but, why can't the Glory Days be yesterday, today or tomorrow? We are constantly creating our past by doing something amazing today! Now that I'm over 40, I can see and feel like my best days are behind me. However, NOW when I think those thoughts, I'm reminded that I can change my past and it starts with what I decide to do today. So team, make it a great day...rewrite your past...you can do it...and you know what - it's your decision! Live well!

  • Hey guys, sorry I have been completely MIA! About a week and a half a go I started having abdominal pain and ton of nausea. It really hasn't stoped goes in waves of really bad to not so bad. I hate waiting, everything has taken so long to figure out what is going on!! I even went to the ER when it got real bad sunday and i feel like they blew me off. I am sure it's my gallbladder but now i am waiting for results of a scan I had yesterday. :frown:
