    Just did the mini challenge, it wasn't too bad, completed Bushmen & Tabata, definitely tough! Good on water and calories. Does anyone know if someone is working on one of those signature badges for the Wappo Warriors???

    Loved the Tabata's! Why hate them? Just makes them more difficult... bwaahhhhaaaahhaaa! Then got on to the BUSHMAN Challenges!-Tabata style! Then I started crawling along the floor like a bear. FAIL. That point I had to let roll by...... ;)))

    I DID BUSHMEN......
    I had no weights so i found 1.5litre bottles
    No idea of any of the exercises so you-tubed them

    NO EXCUSES HERE TODAY!!!

    damn i'm gonna see a change at the end of the month!!!

    I'm confused about something. Part of the description for the team getting points is to not go over calories for the "6 days". What day is the 7th day? Is it that you can't go over daily, or that you can't go over your total for the entire 6 days?

    THESE ARE THE BASIC EXERCISES for Week 1.

    WEEK 1 – PYGMY SERIES
    This should be done in addition to your normal workout routine. This is a challenge and is not a replacement!
    Week One Daily Exercise Challenge
    Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus Points.
    WELCOME BACK FROM YOUR DAY OF REST WE’RE STARTING WEEK #1 YOU ARE A PYGMY WARRIOR!
    Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 30 Squat Kicks* and 50 Jumping Jacks

    Each team member in order to get the weekly team bonus points must all log every day and not go over their target calories and log at least 64 oz. of water each day. If each team member does this all 6 days your team will be awarded 5 Bonus Points.
    *Feel free to do these exercises in sets if you are unable to do them all at one time. Please do your best as you are much stronger than you believe.

    THESE ARE THE ADVANCED EXERCISES!

    WEEK 1 – BUSHMEN SERIES (Advanced)
    Week One Daily Exercise Challenge
    Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus Points.
    Welcome to 300 Week You will do 6 exercises at 50 reps as quickly as possible 3 times this week. These are not to be broken up into segments. You are the BUSHMEN it’s time to push yourself!
    Day 1 - 50 Squat Kicks, 50 Jumping Jacks , 50 Crunches, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Wood Chops and last but not least 50 Globe Jumps!
    Day 2 - 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 2 Sets of 15 Lawnmowers, 2 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 2 sets of 15 Shoulder Shrugs (weighted)

    You cannot go over your calorie allotment for the 6 days of the challenge. the 7th day is your day of rest. It is up to you if you want to go over your calories that day.

    We are all under the Wappo Warriors umbrella... Gary is captaining all 15 teams and I am helping him co-mod this forum and answering questions to the best of my ability! :drinker:

    Just finished Tabata and the bushmen challenge, I hope no one wants to smack me for this...But I LOVED today's workout, I carry stress in my upper back and neck and this really worked those areas, it almost feels like I've had a massage....Well .... almost :laugh:

    So far, I did the swimmer things and walked .6 miles. Not sure I'm going to get the other walking done today. Also, I might not earn 5 points for the team this week as I'll be dealing with funeral stuff because my hubby's granny passed today.
