    So far, I did the swimmer things and walked .6 miles. Not sure I'm going to get the other walking done today. Also, I might not earn 5 points for the team this week as I'll be dealing with funeral stuff because my hubby's granny passed today.

    I really struggled today when i got to the wood chops and globe jumps.....in fact only got half way through the globe jumps.....then i realized i was counting 4 as 1 so it still counted YAY
    Just wondering do we do the bear walk everyday to get the mini challenge?

    50 mountain climbers
    50 wood chops
    50 globe jumps
    Tabata Training #1
    Pygmy Series
    50 crunches
    20 mountain climbers
    School Track Walk 2 miles 291calories burned
    200 jumping jacks
    Plus I plan on doing a 5k walk after dinner

    COmpleted the pygmy series this week feel very sore. I did my regular routine and some extra walking on the soccer field.

    Ok, I have my computer back so I can reply with all my workout results. I have completed all required workouts. Since we had a short week when do we weigh in again? I also, checked out Gary's blog and I love it. It gives you the full workout, plus video!

    Hey Wappo Warriors! I will not be available today or tomorrow - I am off to Cape Cod to enjoy one last hurrah in the sand, sun, and surf before the summer is over! I will be back Monday evening.... any messages/questions will be returned then.

    Stay well and remember - even though today is a rest day and you don't need to follow the "daily challenges" of drinking water and staying under cals, you do want to stay true to yourself! Even on rest days, I tend to go over on water and stay under on calories... I want to be the best me I can be! It's totally up to you what you want to do today!

    Looking forward to Week 2 when I return!

    I did my 5k walk today and completed it ... yay go me :p my zumba this morning....

    Just got to do those exercises tonight...think i'll get them out of the way in the morning tomorrow
