I made the train with time to spare! Already settled in to Ravenclaw and ready for start of term tomorrow!!

I cut it pretty close, and I still have a lot of unpacking and last minute holiday homework to finish up, but I'm excited for start of term, too!

I tried that, got no response. The common room hasn't been posted in for a couple of days either. Oh well, who knows, when I get my Pottermore email (finally!) I might not even be in Slytherin (although I might cry if that's the case, I have too much Slytherin merch!) I just really wanted to be involved in a HP challenge!

Ravenclaw is and so is Gryffindor. Not sure about the other two.

I think the Head of Slytherin house has closed her Common Room, but you're welcome to post there or join one of the other 3 Houses Post in the common rooms. There's links to them in the second link in my signature near the bottom.

For Pottermore? Dude, the exact same thing happened to me yesterday! I thought I could maybe be a Ravenclaw when I first read HP, but I decided my personality was WAY more Gryffindor-like. The questions the Sorting Hat asked me were more in line with my skills and interests (which are very Ravenclaw-like) so that's where the Hat put me. It bummed me out, but it will still be fun

As far as switching Houses, I suppose you're welcome to, but don't feel you HAVE to. For one, I'd be sad to see you leave Gryffindor, and for two, consider this your way of negotiating with the Hat to put you where YOU want to be

LOL... I have been seeing from a lot of people on FB that this kind of thing happened to... I am not switching houses. Gonna stick with you guys. I will just be a Ravendor!
