Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.
Here is the daily update format.

That is a great idea. I'm always looking for new ways to motivate myself and to tell myself to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes a day is just not enough pushing. Pushing myself to burn 3500 cal/week is more specific and motivating! Thanks for sharing!!!0

Ok, I really am back this week. Not really sure what happened last week... I could blame it on the sunburn I had on the backs of my legs, but I really just had a hard time pushing myself to get back on track after a week's vacation :blushing:
