Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

    That is a great idea. I'm always looking for new ways to motivate myself and to tell myself to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes a day is just not enough pushing. Pushing myself to burn 3500 cal/week is more specific and motivating! Thanks for sharing!!!

    Hi every1 my life has been so topsy turvy lately i fell off regular schedule so this is a GR8 challenge to get back on track. I will post later, i plan to burn 4,000 cals this week

    My name is Cat, I'm a newbie to the group....I would love to give this a shot... Summer has gotten me way off track, with lots company (which I never ever mind having, love company), rd trips..and .the latest, Hurricane Irene.... Back at it today...

    Ok, I really am back this week. Not really sure what happened last week... I could blame it on the sunburn I had on the backs of my legs, but I really just had a hard time pushing myself to get back on track after a week's vacation :blushing:

    I'm in again for 3850 this week since I didn't make it last week. Step class tonight, that'll be a great start!
