Hi every1 my life has been so topsy turvy lately i fell off regular schedule so this is a GR8 challenge to get back on track. I will post later, i plan to burn 4,000 cals this week0

Ok, I really am back this week. Not really sure what happened last week... I could blame it on the sunburn I had on the backs of my legs, but I really just had a hard time pushing myself to get back on track after a week's vacation :blushing:
