I have lower my goal this week because I know I will not be able to get as much exercise in this week. I didn't meet my goal last week because bad weather closed my gym. I am going to bust my butt for the rest of this week so hopefully I will meet my goal by Friday. Going out of town this weekend to see family so no exercising planned but a lot of eating instead. My goal this weekend will be moderation. Wish me lots of luck with that.Have a great day!
