    I have lower my goal this week because I know I will not be able to get as much exercise in this week. I didn't meet my goal last week because bad weather closed my gym. I am going to bust my butt for the rest of this week so hopefully I will meet my goal by Friday. Going out of town this weekend to see family so no exercising planned but a lot of eating instead.     Mon: 605 calories burned on Elliptical (the hill setting that hurts your bum) and 40 ab crunches on the roman chair/dip machine
    Tues: totally didn't go to the gym.... almost 300 deficit from the day's food though...
    Wed: 580 calories burned on the Elliptical with some intense weight training. I'll give it an even 600.
