Whoops...last night I fell asleep before I sent in my update....yesterday I did all the swimmer presses and the extra mile...under cals and over water.0

Day 3 exercises (bushman) completed + 50 extra crunches, water intake will be as well and I am sure I will be under calories.
Globe jumps nearly finished me off----looking forward to having a rest day ...0 -
with all the gardening I did , I was afraid I would be too sore for mountain climbers...so I did them before bed last night!! 25 of them !!! Crunches done this a.m. after my walk !!!
I will post water and calorie intake tonight...

I am soooo pumped up..is anyone else finding more energy ??? I added 75 more sit-up, varying them, cross overs, reverse etc... and then another hour of gardening !! My front yard is completely trimmed and beds cleaned out...next week I tackle the back !!

I'm feeling yesterdays challenge... I am going to be starting my C25K today... Hubby kinda wrecked my plans last night... he wanted to cuddle. It's like he loves me or something :grumble: lol. I will be doing it after I get home from work!0

Day 3 Bushman and H2O and under cals -- done!! I am sooo sore today, but looking forward to muscles getting stronger, and soreness subsiding!

Sorry, but I will not be logging my food tomorrow and not sure how much water I will get in. Tomorrow we are going to the state fair. A long day of lots of walking pushing a unruley double stroller with 50+ lbs in it up and down hills. I can't eat a lot of the typicall fair foods, they don't like me at the end of the day. But I have a couple things I always like to get.

Week TWO Daily Exercise Challenge
Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team
members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus

Welcome to Week 2 you are the BUSHMEN it’s time to push yourself! Make sure you begin each
exercise challenge with a 4 minute tabata workout.
Day 1 - 5 minute bearwalk, 50 Toe Touches, 50 Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Burpees (they’re back),
20 Windshield Wipers, 50 Split Squats (don’t feel like you have to jump)
Day 2 - 3 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Presses, 3 sets of 21’s, 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Chest Fly’s, 3 Sets of 15
Lawnmowers, 3 sets of Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets of 15 Woodchops, 20 Pushups (modified if needed)

necessary and use water bottles, soup cans or my favorite Tomato Juice cans as weights! They really do
work!
Day 1 - 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run
Day 2 – 2 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 3 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run
Day 4 2 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 5 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run

BTW If you did all the walking congratulations you completed 4.5
miles. A 5k is only 3.1 Still sure you can’t do a 5K? Next week we’re going to see!
