W5D5 Pygmy exercises/walking complete plus under cals and over water. Did total of 400 extra crunches for the week.

I am sorry to say that I am sick and have been since thursday, with my asthma and cold symptoms I have been virtually existing and doing nothing else. I hope there is some leeway for someone who hasn't missed a challenge since she started
