    jumping jacks - 100..and ooo my I am really feeling these today
    crunches - 50 !!!
    split squats - 50 and oooo the burn
    walk - 3 miles !!!
    I am soooo thrilled with this challenge !!!!

    1.5 mile run done (on elliptical due a need for low impact)

    Can't wait until next week! This is challenging and fun because I know it is working! I am sore! lol

    Done with Week 2 Bushmen! Can't believe I finished this week being as sick as I've been all week! I call that an accomplishment period! Managed to do a 5k for every challenge day we had. Way under cals all week because of my cold...have had just about zero appetite. Over on water ...also because of my cold...trying to drink my liquids..lol hope everyone did great!!!!!!!!!!!
