today is the hardest day yet !!!!! BUT I did it !!!!

10 burpees - these are what really hurt !!!!

100 sit ups(300/500 complete)
20 planks(60/100 complete)
all I have left is the walk...wheeeew

2 sets of tricpe pull overs
20 push ups
240/500 cruches complete (80 were done last night)

OK, I previously reported that W3D4 exercises were complete and that I've completed 200/500 crunches. I forgot to log back in last night so I was also under calories and over water for the day.
For today, W3D5 -- exercises/walking completed and I now have 300/500 crunches done. I'm going to try to get a few more crunches in today so I'll have very few remaining tomorrow. My abs are on fire!!!!0 -
