    ooooooouch !!!!! whine, whine, whine!!!!!!
    today is the hardest day yet !!!!! BUT I did it !!!!
    10 global jumps- really..only 10
    10 burpees - these are what really hurt !!!!
    25 toes touches..oooo the stretch, oooouch
    25 squat kicks
    100 sit ups(300/500 complete)
    20 planks(60/100 complete)
    all I have left is the walk...wheeeew

    2 mile run (elliptical)
    5 km run (elliptical)
    12 globe jumps (this is 4 jumps for 1 globe jump right? because that is how i am counting it...)
    10 burpees
    25 squat kicks (each leg)
    25 toe touches
    2 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks
    2 sets of tricpe pull overs
    20 push ups
    240/500 cruches complete (80 were done last night)

    Pushed as hard as I could because I sure wasn't motivated to start!

    Day Four Bushmen COMPLETE............Under cals and Over Water..Will be doing my whole five extra miles all at once on Saturday after work....I also completed 600/500 crunches......lol hope you're all doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're on FIRE!:explode: :tongue:

    W3D4 Pygmy challenge done plus extra mile cal under water n the nose. crunches evaded me tonight, still in pain from yesterday! lol gotta remember to do them in the morning and spread them out!!

  • OK, I previously reported that W3D4 exercises were complete and that I've completed 200/500 crunches. I forgot to log back in last night so I was also under calories and over water for the day.

    For today, W3D5 -- exercises/walking completed and I now have 300/500 crunches done. I'm going to try to get a few more crunches in today so I'll have very few remaining tomorrow. My abs are on fire!!!!
