Well, I was planning on working out yesterday after I put my boys to sleep. However, I ended up falling asleep with them. So, no exercise yesterday and I was over calories (had a binge day :grumble: ) So, I will be Under cals for the next couple of days because I will end this weeks challenge with 5 days UC!

Tara- Walk went well, got off the bus 2 miles early and walked the rest of the way, then after my appointment was done, I walked about 5/8 miles home..found a bus stop early and hopped on to go home..was too tired and too sore to continue, but not ashamed at all.

So far this week under my calories everyday except yesterday which I accidentally went over by 3 calories (darn those vegetables!) and gotten in tons of water, my exersize burn for the week so far is 1640 Cals!0

Wow, everyone is doing such a great job! Look at all of those 'under calories' and awesome exercise burns! Woot!
I love these support groups, this is my third one (second one I dropped out of due to not feeling that it was what my body was wanting to be doing). They truly make a difference!
Have to do good rest of week, yesterday was our monthly meeting at golden corral, and I only like their desserts (and I forgot and had a bad lunch). Oh well, I can blame it on TOM right? lol (j/k)

Since today is Tuesday & I took Sat/Sunday off due to BF's wedding- I didn't do very well at this weeks challenges I have been under calorie wise, even after eating at the wedding I'm sure i burned off LOTS of caloires dancing like a crazy woman!! I love my water still but i KNOW that i did NOT burn the calories for this week's challenges!

Suzanne-Maybe it is just time to reevaluate what your calorie goals and lbs lost goals are set for?! How long have you been on these particular goals?? sometimes the body just likes a change on the amount that you are eating....if you tend to eat back all of your calories, maybe you could try eating back only half of them? If you don't eat back any of them...then maybe it's time to start eating back a few? Just some ideas to try...otherwise, you are doing great, and staying under your cals plus the amount of workouts that you do(which may also be causing temporary water retention) WILL pay off so don't get discouraged!:flowerforyou:

Thanks everyone for all your support, I'm eating in small doses right now, see if that helps..I so usually eat back my calories, I feel its important to make sure i have enough calories in my body and im eating well enough. Right now, for the most part, im leaning towards smaller burns/calories...or if i have days where i wanna splurge, then ill go for a larger burn to balance it out..:happy:0

Tara-Thanks for always being a motivator and encouraging EVERYONE! :0) I always look forward to reading your posts. You always do awesome on your challenges too. What a great example you are to those of us who need a little kick in the pants at times. (I'm speaking of myself there..)
Where's everyone at? To those who check in at least a couple times a week, I do appreciate you. I like to come and read all of your successes. It helps me stay focused. I'm a little nervous about weigh ins this week to be honest. I don't think I've gained, but I've been at a stand still this week. We shall see. I know my body may be adjusting to my new eating habits.
Honestly, I am really impressed at how easy this has been for me this time. I have been praying for something I can do and that God would help me stay strong and lose the weight. I need it for my health, both physically and mentally. I'm very excited with the challenge this far.
You girls have helped me stay focused and the responsibility I feel to continue on helps me stay motivated. Thank you for choosing to be a part of this with me. This is really a way to share a part of our lives together.

I have burned 200 this morning already and I will be doing Zumba tonight so I will make that goal! As for food, I'm sure I will be under, but more importantly, I hope I lose this week and I hope you do too!! Goodluck!
