    Hmm ... I think I am really tired from the past three days. I just got off of 45 minutes of elliptical ... but on an easy, just mostly walking-type setting ... but I feel wiped out! Still burned 319 calories and finished a really sweet movie ... Bella ... watch it if you get a chance.

    I'm going to pop in over on the proud thread and then I think I'm going to become a couch potato for the rest of the evening!

    I actually did neither. EEEEKKK!!! Got back to the hotel and found they had no fitness room =( and it was too late for jumping jacks. Did some crunches though. Looks like I am gonna have to make an extra large sacrafice to the gods of pain when I get to the gym tonight. At least I was a perfect angel with my eating. 1 tootsie roll aside lol.

    Went two miles on my walk and it took an hour, not because I didn't work though, I am trying to leash train a 14 week old lab and by golly, he wants to be the lead. It was an interesting walk and I will have to do it again tomorrow because he has to be trained. I will also have to take two walks tomorrow because I promised our lab/chow mix that is a 100 lb that he could go tomorrow. SIGH! Anybody have any suggestions on to leash train this pup, the 3 year old dog is not good on a leash either.

    Amanda - do you use correction collars? That's the ONLY way I've been able to train either of my dogs. We got them as "older" dogs (Gina was 2 when we got her & Floyd started trianing recently at about a year old), but the correction collar worked wonders. If you want more info from me on this, PM me & I'll be more specific. I don't want to bore everyone. LOL

    We're doing a Biggest Loser Challenge & I think there are 4 teams. Black, Red, Purple & Blue. It might be too late to join, I'm not sure. Bohlon15 is in charge of everything (and she's doing AWESOME!). We weigh in once a week to "compete" with each other. It is basically a motivational tool. :happy:

    So here is what I did at the gym to make up for my lack of excersize last night lol

    45 mins on the eliptical
    5 sets of ten reps on the Ab tower. (OUCH. damn challenge)
    2 sets of twenty reps bench press at 90lbs
    2 sets of twenty reps on the butterfly at 90lbs
    2 sets of twenty reps on the pull down at 90lbs

    Promised you guys I would work extra hard and I am feeling it lol.
    Brought my HR monitor to the gym for the first time and looks like I burned
    750cals so it was a good night :bigsmile:
    Now I gotta drink more water lol

    22 minutes hula hooping
    10 minutes step aerobics
    tried some focus game that I ave only been able to beat once.
    did ski jump for about 5 minutes
    I did strength for about 10 minutes
    Boxing for 6 minutes
    and something else but it all added up to 1 hour and now I can't move. :sad:

    :wink: Just kidding! WTG, Sam! That sounds like a lot of fun! I told my husband that when I meet my goal weight, I'm hunting one down once & for all! Every time we go somewhere that *might* have one, I'm sniffing them out like a dog. LOL.

    Spyguy - that is one HECK of a day at the gym! Yowzers!

    Tresa - Good job with the dancing calories, lady! You are doing awesome!

    Jeannie - hope you're enjoying your vacation in the Smokies! *sigh* I wanna go! :sad: :sad:

    I got NO exercise in yesterday (except crunches! I did some crunches!) thanks to my family, but I did really good with my calories so I'm not too worried...yet. I WILL be getting more in today starting in about 10 min. once I find my sports bras...I think someone hid them on me....

    Have lovely Mondays! I'll be barking "LAST CHANCE WORKOUT" at all ya'll tomorrow morning. Oh! Only 2 more days of required ab work! hehe Then I believe Tresa has called the new challenge for Wednesday!
