I posted this on Meghans wallpost, but it might get a better esponse here?
I didnt shred yesterday as I overdid it at the weekend playing golf so had a rest day. Tried L2 this morning and it just KILLED my shoulders so I wimped out and 'just' did L1 again instead. Do you think I should do L3 or keep trying at L2 despite the agony effect?
Try L2 without weights. :happy: Better to do it modified than not at all. And I don't think you want to do level 3 for 20 days....0 -

Really pleased with myself that I completed level 2 without pain today looks like I am back with the programme LOL L2D3 done!0

How's it going you all?
I did my L2D6 today after I took a walk in the park. I just needed to clear my head out a bit.
I also posted a 30 ? 30 Day on my blog that I'm going to start answering tomorrow.
So 4 days left of level 2 and onto level 3 after that.
My goal is done by November 9 and after that I will probably start Ripped in 30 on the 11th. Give myself a break on the 10th. Or maybe zumba dvd. If anybody has recommendations for zumba dvd? I thought about c25k but we'll see. I might be a little weird but I kind of like the 1-2-3 circuit that JM has on the videos. But zumba looks fun even if I've got two left feet and zero rhythm so we'll see.
Whatcha all got planned after this madness of the shred?
Keep it up ladies. I'm proud of all of you for doing what you can when you can.

I ordered Ripped in 30, but don't have a start date yet, although I could start on the 11th too.0 -
Level 3 day 5 done Halfway through feels good! I still hate scissor thingies but I can do Natalie level for first set of side to side push ups and for the plank weight things (I always forget the names!) with 5lb weights - back to Anita for second set though, I'm not insane0

We can't get Ripped in 30 (as far as I can see) in the UK but I do have Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism so I might try that one. Also keeping up with my aqua zumba which I love. Definitely give zumba a go0 -
I ache this morning so will be doing D4L2 after my coffee has kicked in LOL Im so behind most of you that trying to decide what Im going to do after Ive done all of it seems miles away! but even though I curse at the dvd while its on, I think I'll miss it when its finished and will probly do it again... although next time I will make more of an attempt to actually do it in 30 days!!!0

Level 3 day 6 done and checked in early with weight and measurements cos I'm away from tonight to Monday. Lost 1lb since last Sat and 1 inch off bust - measurements are very stubborn which is funny cos one month I lost 6 inches (without 30DS!) - weird!0

Not much of a difference in my measurements this week. :mad:
I'm going to do one more round of this shred and after that i hope to move on to ripped. If anybody else is doing another round of shred let me know and we can start at the same time. I actually won't be done with this round until the middle of next week.0 -
I'll have to guess and weigh in Monday. I'm out of town and away from a scale but still brought my weights and DVD!0

I did it! L3D10 complete. 30 workouts in 30 days straight. There were plenty of days when it didn't seem like it was going to happen I did it with a headache. I did it with a cold. I got up late one morning and still did it even though it meant I would be late to work. I did it after spin class. I did it before yoga. I did it after running a 10k. I even did it before a date even without a enough time to shower afterwards.
Will take pics and measurements tomorrow.0 -

Great job! I was wondering how many people were left who were doing it straight through. I have done it for 30 days as well but am doing it again tomorrow because one of the days I only did the first circuit due to being home for a total of 15 that day, but 2 births in one day was worth it...0 -
I am so amazed at how great everyone is doing! I walked a lot this weekend through the snow but there was no hope of shredding. It was too freaking cold.

2.8 pounds lost (went from 133.8 to 131.0)
I only measured my belly and lost 1.5 inches (from 36 inches to 34.5 inches)0 -
I've just done a side by side view of my 30DS before/after pics (pics in our photobucket file) and am quite motivated at my progress despite only getting to L2D4 by the end of the 30 days... my target for this month is to get to the end of L3 and complete the task I started !!!
Stats:
total weight loss this month = - 6lbs
overbust bust = - 0.5" (I'm glad that bit didnt shrink! LOL)
underbust/chest= -1.5"
waist = -1.5"
hips = -1.5"
thighs and arms stayed the same0 -
Hi ladies. I've been sick the last couple of days so I haven't been doing the shred. I'm getting back on track tonight and should wrap up the 30 days by the end of the week. I will post my after pictures on Saturday.0

I did level 3 day 8 today and should get days 9 and 10 done tomorrow and Saturday (Friday really won't work as so busy). Will post after pic on Sunday though not holding my breath as weight and measurements have pretty much stayed constant!0

Hey all, still at it over here! I did l3d5 yesterday and was really struggling. I can normally do a few pushups but could barely eke out two, so I think I'll take a rest day. I'm finding when I do this I can go at it with much more gusto the next day. I'm not sore so I'm not sure what it is. But I still think a rest day here and there is beneficial.0

30 day shred COMPLETED!!! Photos posted - not much change but I can see a little on my tummy and abs.
Stats:
Lost 2lbs
Waist -4cm
Right thigh +1cm
Left thigh -1cm
Bum -1cm
Stomach -5cm
Overall -10cm (4 inches)
Not amazing for over a month but it'll do. I got stuck around 144-146 for so long and am 143 as of today which is great0 -
I posted my after pictures and I don't notice much of a difference. I'm going to do another round of the shred.0
