    I've been horrible about checking in this week! Sorry!:ohwell:

    I have completed the pushups, situps and squats. Will catch up tonight with the crunches and lunges and then I'm back on track. phew! hectic week :noway:

    Bootcamp class last night, definatley hit the 50 situps :)
