Good morning mfp buddies...hope that everyone had a great week....

10/11/2011- 58 minutes
10/12/2011- 55 minutes
10/13/2011- 0 minutes
10/14/2011- 30 minutes
10/15/2011- 60 minutes
10/16-2011- 165 minutes
Total- 408/350
I did better than last week...so hopefully this week I keep it up or at least do the 350 minutes...I hope I can cause I'm not feeling to well...

Tue: 65 mins between eliptical and bike
Wed: 60 minutes, 45 eliptical, 15 weights
Thu: 45 mins work w/ trainer
Fri: 60 mins treadmill
Sat: 50 mins Zumba
Sun: 97 minutes walking (5.1 miles)
452 minutes for last week!
