Tuesday - 75 Min Walking and Circuit Training at gym with trainer
Wednesday - Rest Day
Thursday - 60 Min Walking - 355 calories burned
Friday - Ugh - not feeling good no workout
Saturday - 75 min walking -
Sunday - 30 Min Walking

Hi ladies...hoping that everyone is having a fantastic week...as for me I'm not feeling to well...I haven't exercised for the past two weeks..my last day was on the 16th... I feel terrible been having this sinus infection that doesn't want to go away...it gives me no strength to work out...I hope that by next week I'm better...hope everyone is doing a good job..

I feel terrible been having this sinus infection that doesn't want to go away...it gives me no strength to work out...I hope that by next week I'm better...hope everyone is doing a good job..
