    A new week! YAAaaaaY!

    Monday 42/376 PW/Core combo
    Tuesday 35/373 Walking with Leslie
    Wednesday~36/353 walk with Leslie
    Thursday~61/500 blustery day walk
    Friday~ 30/2 s-miles
    Saturday~60/4miles
    Sunday~65/4miles.

    Couldn't track my cals on the weekend, HRM problems, all better now.
    So minutes 329 total. Yaaaay I am a happy camper! Back on the move!

    Monday - 50 Min Walking (WATP) 334 calories burned
    Tuesday - 75 Min Walking and Circuit Training at gym with trainer
    Wednesday - Rest Day
    Thursday - 60 Min Walking - 355 calories burned
    Friday - Ugh - not feeling good no workout
    Saturday - 75 min walking -
    Sunday - 30 Min Walking

    290/360


    Didn't make 360 last week, maybe this week. :ohwell:

    Hi ladies...hoping that everyone is having a fantastic week...as for me I'm not feeling to well...I haven't exercised for the past two weeks..my last day was on the 16th... I feel terrible been having this sinus infection that doesn't want to go away...it gives me no strength to work out...I hope that by next week I'm better...hope everyone is doing a good job..

    Hi ladies...hoping that everyone is having a fantastic week...as for me I'm not feeling to well...I haven't exercised for the past two weeks..my last day was on the 16th...     Hi i know I'm very late but I was just browsing the forums and came across this. I was wondering if you were doing another one for November. Also if you had to do the 180-360minutes for a weeks total. Well thanks for letting me pop in and inquire. If you do end up doing one fro November Please let me know I could use the extra boost...
