    I have one of her 5-mile DVDs. Count me in for a total of 100 ( I AM AIMING HIGH)!

    Ok, i'm in. I'm just starting on here again and didn't actually lose more than a couple of pounds the first time but i started walking a few weeks ago and get about five miles a week. So i will try and up that and get 31 miles this month. None yet so will start tomorrow. Thanx for the idea.

    Silly me! I posted day 2 of October in September's topic.... I hope this is not a sign of how my October is going to be!
    Anyway... Day 2..... 2 miles with Leslie this evening...... and probably another mile or so shopping in Walmart with my mom, but not counting that!

    Goal - 60 miles
    4 miles down...... 56 to go!

    Hey there... Is this open to guys as well. I have started using her dvd toward the end of last month and already did 1 mile for this month. If so put me in for 30 miles for the month.

    Im so in :) I cant find my dvd set but I have the 2 mile walk on my tv so Thats the only one I can do! Sucks only cause i love the 3 mile dvd walk soo much! Well I want to try and do at least 40 miles the month of october So far 3 miles down :)

    I just saw this post! I know I'm a couple of days "late to the party" but I wanted to know if I could join in?! I love Leslie Sansone and my goal will be 45 miles for the month of October! I have the 2 mile walk & jog dvd's and a 3 mile express. I borrowed a 5 mile one from the library and I am going to try that one today! :D

    And kudos to those who are aiming super high --- WOW! You go!

    Finished the 5 mile today. Trying to get a few workouts in before I leave for out of town. Plan to work out when there, but you know how that goes! :ohwell: But I've got some support to lean on to get me through and encourage me to get those walks in!

    Ok so didn't report in yesterday cause I wasn't sure I was going to walk but I did 5 miles yesterday and 2 today.

    Okay did Leslie's 5 Mile Advanced DVD. Never did 5 miles before but it felt great to accomplish the whole DVD!!

    If anyone wants to add me please do so! I'm glad I found a group that does the same workout routine as me! :flowerforyou:

    Ok I am in! Walked with UMMOMMYME today for 3 miles :-) We are going to try for 31 miles this month. It is so good to walk with a friend and we are only one mile behind!

    Feeling amazing :) Did another 7 miles today! total of 10 so far, I didnt think I was gonna hit 10 miles this quick! Hit the gym this morning for the first time alone and it was good I was nervous but hell Im not gonna lose weigh sitting here!

    So, the challenge is to use Leslie Sansone Walk at Home Dvds to exercise. However, if you enjoy walking the old fashion way you can still join the challenge. There is no group track or anything complicated to do. Just log your exercise daily. Some have also used the daily challenges provided on Leslie's website in completing this challenge. It is completely up to you.

    I will start!

    Go to tickerfactory.com pick the design you want to use then when you're done it will give you 2 codes to use.. use the one that says message boards etc not the one that says facebook. When you click on message boards here on MFP click on signature and add it where ever you'd like in the box provided then click save.. should be there! :)
