Did WATP 5 Mile Advanced Walk today and I did use the stretchie band for 1 mile, the ab belt for 1 mile, and hand weights for 1 mile.

Hello...I just finished Leslie Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles. I just got it last week and I love it!! Whole different cast of walkers and it was a great workout! I will definitely be adding this to my weekly rotation.0

Well I wasnt sure I had this in me! I did another 18.5 miles since last week and my total is now 48.5 miles! I already upped my miles this month so once I hit the 60 Im just gonna keep posting to see how many I do!

Good morning! I am excited to see these numbers. We are doing an excellent job. We stillhave time to push forward and reach the goals we set for this month. I been MIA since Friday do to work. However, I did walk I know more than 3 miles at the Georgia Dome. I didn't count it as exercise. I am back at it today. I will do 4 Fast Miles for the rest of the week. I will end this month strong and on pont.
