Ok, I've been really bad about reporting my miles, But I am one it! Grad classes are is no punk. Anyway, I am up to 32 miles. Loving the 5 mile advance walk and the 2 mile walk and kick. I committed to 50. I think I am going to make it!!! Good luck0

Day 23 (Sunday) of October Challenge
Did WATP Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles
Goal for October - 100 miles

15 miles to go for my monthly goal, and 8 days to do them in. Very do-able. I'm hoping to do a 5 mile dvd this evening. My favorite is the one that uses the different walk boosters for 3 of the miles. We'll see.....

This one always makes me feel good about my workout........the 5 mile Advanced Walk - 2 fast miles, 1 w/weights, 1 w/ab belt, 1 w/stretchie. Going to try and do it a couple more times before October runs out.
