    Day 15 of October Challenge

    Did WATP 5 Mile Advanced Walk today and I did use the stretchie band for 1 mile, the ab belt for 1 mile, and hand weights for 1 mile.

    Goal for October - 100 miles

    Hello...I just finished Leslie Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles. I just got it last week and I love it!! Whole different cast of walkers and it was a great workout! I will definitely be adding this to my weekly rotation.

    Well I wasnt sure I had this in me! I did another 18.5 miles since last week and my total is now 48.5 miles! I already upped my miles this month so once I hit the 60 Im just gonna keep posting to see how many I do!

    I have to get back on the ball with my walking! I need to get my ticker in my signature. Busy Monday, however, tomorrow, I am back on my Walk with Leslie.

    So far I have logged 20 miles of the 60 miles I made as my goal.

    Good morning! I am excited to see these numbers. We are doing an excellent job. We stillhave time to push forward and reach the goals we set for this month. I been MIA since Friday do to work. However, I did walk I know more than 3 miles at the Georgia Dome. I didn't count it as exercise. I am back at it today. I will do 4 Fast Miles for the rest of the week. I will end this month strong and on pont.
