OMG! I must say I love the 4 really big miles dvd!!! I did miule 3 the 10 minute mile with the jogging twice then I did mile 4 a 15 minute mile with the band and that was a cray 35 minute workout!

This is my first time hearing of the 6 week program. I completed 1 mile of the 5 Day Slim dvd this morning. I plan to complete atleast 3 more miles today.
