I'm so excited! I lost 3 pounds this week so got my October weight goal already (and 2 stone overall). When I lose the next pound I will have lost 10% of my bodyweight which feels like a big deal.
Have celebrated by doing my new Biggest Loser DVD for the first time. Crikey, my muscles hurt now. Going to have a nice hot bath. Have a good weekend everyone. xx

CALORIE CHALLENGE!!!
Starting Monday 24th October to Monday 31st October, last day of the challenge! Last leg of the month, with goals to reach the targets we want to for October... If you dont wish to do calories burnt you can set other targets for the week. Almost there guys...0 -
Zara Monday 24th October.
Targets for month: 20,000 calories burnt.
This has been ambushed slightly as ive been ill this week and still suffering with my fybromyalgia, but id still love to meet the target. Im currently at 14,105 calories burnt.
Challenge for this week running to 31st October: 5895 calories. Yikes.... lol.
Weight target for October was 242, i was 243 at last weigh in... because of the low exercise week this week id still love to just be below the 242 lbs. I get weighed in on the last day of the challenge. 7lbs lost so far would love to get to 9lbs, would push my total loss over 60lbs.
Other targets this week... no weighing... ive done a week.
No night time chocolate eating if i cant sleep, know the tablets make you crave sooo bad, but ive got to kick against it and gain control again! im determined! I just want to do as much exercise as possible, fybro is still bad but ill be sooo happy if i hit 20000, despite a week out. Let the challenge begin... x0 -
I've reached my weight loss target for the month so am going to not worry about that this week. I wanted to burn 3000 calories a week but have already made it to 14,190 after today's swim, so.... I will joint in on the 20,000 goal by the 31st (eek!). That leaves me with 5,810 to burn. I will be having a rest day tomorrow because my muscles are really sore after the weekend's exercise but then will push myself.
I tried my old work trousers on today and they do up! I need to lose a bit more before I could comfortably wear them but I'm still chuffed. My other little victory for today was when I got out of the swimming pool- I didn't have to turn sideways at the top of the pool ladder to squeeze between the bars- I just walked stright through (ok, I brushed the sides, but hey).

Brian is hiking Sunday and im doing some myself over the weekend! should be a great calorie burner! we can do this! no chocolate eating late at night, but i did eat chinese tonight lol. not good. Just exhausted though. Any quick, easy, cheap, healthy tea/dinner recipes are welcome! i Didnt weigh in either! going to try to stick to fortnightly i think. just hope its a good result coz ive had a few iffy days now! your doing amazing everyone. think this challenge has done us all good so far, and we should do it each month to keep up the support. all of you can message me anytime for support about ANYTHING!!! lots of love, zara x0 -

Quick easy bean chilli- tin of mixed beans, tin of sweetcorn, tin of tomatoes, bit of chilli powder- bring to a boil then simmer while you cook some rice or pasta. Mmm.... You can always add a bit of grated cheese if that's something you like. x0 -
