I did get my walking and toning in today while I'm waiting to do Ripped in 30 soon.0 -
I couldn't decide what to for my workout today, and I feel like doing Ripped in 30 before november is cheating!
So I settled for a run :-)0 -

Me please! I started the shred again but got bored cos i've done it so much lately, then i did a day of ripped but i'm currently using up a 7-day free gym pass but that finishes on tuesday so perfect timing!
Cut a long story short YES i'll be doing ripped in 30 with you all0 -

Anyone starting Monday oct 31? It's not November, but I was planning on ri30 m-f. Killer buns and thighs 30 days like the shred but taking off Sundays. (10 days for each level). I will also be doing c25k 3 days a week, those days will vary depending my hubby's work schedule.0

Hi ladies! I just finished up my last day of Ripped in 30 and just wanted to pop in with some encouragement! I loved the program and I hope you all do too. It was tough, tougher than the Shred in my opinion but sooo worth it. I just posted my results pictures on page 13 of the "Ripped" in October thread.

Thank you so much for the encouragement.Yes,you can do it.I want to finish Ripped in 30 too this time.I'm really getting excited about stating this in a few days in November.I'm getting ready for a Halloween party now.Non drinking party.I'm going to eat,dance and have fun.Happy Happy Halloween everyone.Be safe and have fun.0

Im keen! i will do it 5 days per week at each level, and also throw in killer buns and thighs and walking a few days a week too I finished RI30 a couple of months ago and loved it!0

I started RI30 last week. I did W2 today and almost threw up. :sick: It's not a good idea when you are hungover!!!0

Will there be rules for the challenge? And are we doing measurements? Will be be asked to post daily to keep accountability?
