Ok, so day two my husband ended up ordering me up a massage.... annnnd since I didn't want to waste an hour of relaxation.... I did level one twice today. MAN do I not want to skip many days and have to double up, yikes! Except I'll have to since I don't do exercise on Sundays. Oh well, I can obviously get through it! Keep up the great work! You motivate me so much! And we're even motivating my husband who is deployed. He worked out extra because of us0

Hello,
I want to join. I'm on my day 5 level 1 of 30 Day Shred. I can now say the soreness of my muscle in arm, abs and legs totally gone. I usually do my workout at night. I'm combining it with cardio workout doing 5 mile walk at morning. I am from the Philippines so my timezone is different. I love this workout. My calorie intake ranges to 1200 to 1300 calorie per day.0 -
Day 3 Level 1 done! I am definately sore today. My calves, butt, and abs all hurt like crazy0
-
D3 L1......20 min walk at work. Shredded when I got home. Will walk a mile on treadmill before going to bed. Yesterday did zumba class after work, then got shredded by JM when I got home...Awesome burn!!!0
-
Day 5 Level 1 Done!

I hope everyone was able to get their workout in today!0 -

D3L1 DONEZO!! ALso did some cardio at the gym AND I'm meeting with my trainer at 6 am... sucker for punishment but I love it.. feeling really encouraged doing all of this... Thanks Mel for starting the thread.... LOVING IT!0
-
Day 3 of level 1 has shredded my butt something fierce!!!! Crap day but a wonderful workout to round it out!!!0
-
D3L1 ...felt like it was really tough today, maybe because it was so late by the time I started and I was already tired but I got it done.0
-
L1D4 Done. I believe I will be sore tomorrow, I did an hour of zumba half hour of yoga and then came home and tried to give Jillian my all!0
-
D5L1 Done! Its getting easier, except for the pushups, they are a killer. Can't do many but even one is better than none. Right?0
-
Day 1 Level 1 Completed! Whew! it had been a while since I had done that workout DVD.Does anyone else despise the jumping jacks? lol Well I am sure I will feel all of this tomorrow but it will be a good hurt. Can't wait to see myself progress and increase my endurance with this workout. Being accountable is definitely helping. If I didn't have to be accountable to you guys I probably would have not done it today since I had already worked out.
I also did Leslie Sansone's 3 Mile Super Walk and 4 mile Super Walk both with Cables.0 -
L1D3 finished and I am pretty sore today after training on top of shred yesterday. Looking forward to the remainding 27days lol0
-
day 3 level 2 completed! (technically day 8 for me) finally able to stick with natalie for most of the workout. didn't think level 2 would ever get easier for me but now i think im almost ready to try level 30
-
Day 4 completed for level 10
-
Holy macaroni - what a night! I started with Bob Harper's IOM Cardio Conditioning and I could only make it through 35 minutes of the hour long workout. If you want an intense cardio workout, give that one a try! I took a quick break and did Level 1 shred but I was really struggling tonight. I can't wait for the day I can do a grown up pushup...0

Hello Shredders!
Wow, this board has been flying! Ive been trying to catch up on all the posts!
I just got back from a 2 week vacation on monday night so am still a bit jet lagged but hoping to start my 30 days tomorrow! You all are doing so great and even though Im a few days behind everyone, I think the timing for this challenge is great! Its just before Christmas and before all the parties and holiday rush so I think its the best time for 30 days!
Happy Shredding everyone! :drinker:0 -
L1D4 completed. I'm not sure this is getting any easier. Maybe a little. But gosh. She's a tough cookie. I'm still sweating like as pig with this workout. Eff. But I'm sticking to it and fearing level 2.. So scared.0
-
Day 4, Level 1 complete today...so happy to have it done in the morning this time! I did my C25K first, and I actually kind of like doing them side by side...I won't always have that kind of time, but I feel really good for doing it this way two days in a row.0
-
I never manged to do my d3 yesterday- was working away and left raiser than usual and got home a whole lot later. But got up early this morning, and have swam 900m and am motivated to do two shreds tonight.. Can't wait!!0

I am only into my 3rd day and have set myself a 1350 cal. Limit which surprisingly enough is not as hard as I thought if would be. I do worry a bit about metabolism so I spread the food out well and always have at hand my water and almonds. My diary is open for anyone willing to give advice0

Hello My Lovely!!!
How are you doing?
So good to see you here, as it was your idea!!! :flowerforyou:
We are doing great, I am surprised at just how many people have signed up we must have over 160 here now as had some new ones after this page was set up.
I will be committing to the shred 100%, the thread has already prevented me from quitting one day, Jack's birthday, I was so tired and really just wanted my bed but I pushed through and completed the Shred with bigger weights and did myself proud.
I'm so happy you will be joining us soon, you will do great!!!
I am actually really looking forward to shredding today, yesterday I managed to do the anterior raises and side lunges with 7lbs in each hand!!!
I had to really push but I did them!! I hope today I can do them again, I'm not even that sore today, less sore than yesterday so I think I am doing well.
I also plan to get out and run tonight with Jack on his new bike!!!
Plus need to squeeze in some ab work and arm weights too, I have got behind with these but I can catch up if I make a start now.
Look forward to hearing about your first shred session xxx
Speak soon sweetie xxxx:drinker:0 -
Good morning SHREDDERS!!!!!!
How are we all today?
It's bloody freezing here in the UK!!!
I am missing the sun of my holiday and wearing little shorts and sunbathing!!!:grumble:
Still, that is no excuse to get a big fat saggy bum!!!
SO WE CONTINUE!!!!!!!!
I did my shred dvd yesterday with 7lbs in each hand!! :noway:
I was really pleased to get the whole lot of the Anterior raises with side lunges done with these!! The first time EVER!!! :blushing:
I am not as sore as I thought I might be today so hoping to do the same again today.
They were tough though and I had to really push, the last ones were so hard but I was determined to not put the weights down and keep going until it finished.
I was proud of myself for doing them all!!!!
I'm really looking forward to my SHRED today!! I also need to do some ab work and arm weights too.
I feel bulky, like I have gained muscle and not lost fat. I think I need to lose the pizza and biscuits and cake of my son's birthday and eat healthy, a healthy dinner would be a good idea, I shall have to see what I can do.
I think if I feel like this need week some strict food will be applied. I can't be looking like a man!!!!
OK, time to get on with some jobs, have amountain of housework to do and other things as well, then shred and other exercise, then later a run!!!!
Feeling better after a longer sleep so I hope today will be easier on me.
Either way lets do DAY 4!!!!! :drinker:
Look forward to seeing you all logging in here reporting back to us and letting us know how your feeling!!!
GOOD LUCK TODAY EVERYONE > HAVE A TOP DAY <

Hi Shredders!!
Ive ordered my copy today and i am amazed to say im excited for it to arrive, excited to start and very excited to see the results!
Ive looked over success stories and its really had fantastic results for everyone and i hope it will for me!
Im determined to give it my all, and i NEVER give exercise my all!
I just wondered what equipment i need. ie weights etc? Or if anyone has any suggestions of items they use instead of weights?
Any advice or recomendations would be wonderful!!
Thanks
Claire

I'm on Day 8 and have jumped to level 2. I'm also doing Turbo Fire with this program. Needless to say, my arms are mush.
It's VERY ANNOYING that you can't skip past the intro and get straight to the workouts.0
