November Move-It 180 to 360 minutes a week challenge

Ok, I'm game! I normally do about 140-150 minutes per week. So I think I will shoot for 180 to start.
Monday - 24 minute walk at lunch (1.1 miles at 2.5 mph), will try to add more later

Thanks Mollie, I needed this. I have been taking care of my Mother who broke her collar bone and tomorrow moves to Assisted Living care. So I should be able to get back into my exercise routine. I usually have a hard time taking a rest day and lately it has been very hard to get away long enough to get exercise. I am going with the 360.

Thanks Mollie! I've been really trying to bump up my minutes and also build endurance; it's rough because the only real time I have to work out is after the baby is in bed (and of course I'm tired) except for my two nights at the gym a week. :bigsmile: Although I try ti get in a walk in the afternoon with the baby now that the weather is better.

My goals for this months are to get back in my groove and up my workouts. I am setting 300 as my goal and whatever the calorie burn is by HRM.
