    Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
    Week of November 14th my goal is 270 minutes ( up from last week and more realistic for now than my original 360 )

    Total: 167/180 :-( Felt a little under the weather on Fri & Sat.

    My Goal for this week will be 300 minutes of exercise.

    Monday- 55 minutes total (30 Minutes of slow walking and 25 Minutes of Zumba!!!)

  • Okay! I'm new to this, but I want to try. It's hard to find motivation to move. I'll shoot for 240 this week. Mondays suck with faculty meetings, but maybe Tuesday-Sunday I can get it in!
