    Monday: 120 minutes, walked 4.6 miles in the park in the morning, then walked 5.4 miles again this evening....
    Tuesday: Rest day...
    Wednesday: 30 minutes...walked two miles, will add my other exercise minutes later...

    Total so far 150 minutes, halfway to my 300 minute goal...

    I am loving the Ripped in 30 program and seeing results!!

    Not off to a great start, but have 4 days left.

    Monday- 35 Minutes walking brisk and partly up hill
    Tuesday-35 Mins of walking the mall- It was a brisk walk any faster and I would have been up to a jog, which I wanted to do but not at the mall...LOL happy
    Wednesday- 30 mins walking at a brisk pace and 20 mins doing Zumba but I did do some crazy dancing and stretching and aerobics with the little ones...:) So all together 64 Mins today!!!

    I didn't quite meet it last week. This week I think I will. Going for at least the lower end and any extra is bonus! Will build from there!

    Right now, my goal is just to get within the 180+ range and I'm at 191 and haven't done any exercise yet today so I'll be significantly over this week. Yay! :)

    Wednesday- 30 mins walking at a brisk pace and 20 mins doing Zumba but I did do some crazy dancing and stretching and aerobics with the little ones...:) So all together 64 Mins today!!!
    Thursday- happy I did 84 Mins today! 30 mins of walking at brisk pace and 54 Mins of Zumba!!! Loving it!!!
    Friday- 30 mintes of regular paced walking in walmart!

    Mon: 80 min. weight training and cardio machines at the gym
    Tue: 60 min. walk/run intervals
    Wed: job interview
    Thur:
    Fri: 30 minute walk
    Sat: 60 minutes Walk
    Sun:
    Total/min left: 230/ 130
    Between job interview, daughter home sick, and mother in surgery I think I will be a bit under but I will keep trying to the end of the week.

    Sunday-Well I guess I can't stay away...:laugh: I did 80 mins of exercise today 45 Minutes walking and shopping at walmart (for Christmas gifts) and then I did 35 Minutes of Zumba!!!



    358/240 (well I surpass my goal again) :drinker: Next week I think I will do the 360 but I will rest on it for tonight!! Had a great week I hope the rest of you had the same!!! Happy Sunday!
