11/7- 60 minutes circuit training/ stationary bike

Monday: 120 minutes, walked 4.6 miles in the park in the morning, then walked 5.4 miles again this evening....
Tuesday: Rest day...
Wednesday: 30 minutes...walked two miles, will add my other exercise minutes later...

Monday- 35 Minutes walking brisk and partly up hill
Tuesday-35 Mins of walking the mall- It was a brisk walk any faster and I would have been up to a jog, which I wanted to do but not at the mall...LOL happy
Wednesday- 30 mins walking at a brisk pace and 20 mins doing Zumba but I did do some crazy dancing and stretching and aerobics with the little ones...:) So all together 64 Mins today!!!

Right now, my goal is just to get within the 180+ range and I'm at 191 and haven't done any exercise yet today so I'll be significantly over this week. Yay!0

Sunday-Well I guess I can't stay away...:laugh: I did 80 mins of exercise today 45 Minutes walking and shopping at walmart (for Christmas gifts) and then I did 35 Minutes of Zumba!!!
