Woohoo, I made my Week 1 goal of 180 minutes!!!! :bigsmile: I am at 194 for the week and still have another workout to go either this evening or tomorrow morning - should be at least another 70 minutes!!!! Thanks for this challenge Mollie - it gave me the push to get moving this week! :flowerforyou:0

Thur: 60 mins (shopping for 2 hours so cut in half walking time)

I had to drag myself to get ready to workout tonight but I did it because I am determined to get my 250 this week and you guys have inspired me push myself. Well I am happy to say once I got this body moving I was in the zone and keep pushing for an hour!! Good night everyone!! Get your rest so we can shake up the next too days!

If you did not make your goal that is OK, just keep trying. Last month I did not make my goal all month. So this week I finally decided to decrease my goal from 300 to 250 and whalah!! I have not decided what my goal will be this week!!

Mon: 80 minutes (20 min elliptical, rowing machine and walking, 60 min lifting/2 min stretching)
Tue: 100 minutes (40 minutes walking, 30 minutes jogging, 30 minutes moving my Mother into her retirement community) :happy:
Wed: 120 minutes (60 minutes of aquafit and 60 minutes of weight training) :laugh:
Thur: I worked for 5 hours much of it was active and I ran headfirst into playground equipment.:grumble:
Fri: So I didn't get any exercise the rest of the week. Generally Friday I would have but wanted to make sure if I was OK:ohwell:
Sat: Didn't have a chance to get exercise with parenting and helping my Mother etc. Just shopping a bit for a family party
Sun: Do we count this on this week or next? I will probably walk for 60 minutes today. to make my 360 minutes.:happy:
so I will check in again to report that later today.

I did the minimum requirement this week of 180 minutes. Definately will up the ante with the minutes. Hping to get up to 360 minutes this week. So far working out three times a week, twice a day has been working, so I will continue with that until I see that there are changes that need to be made.0
