Thank you! You're doing great week after week too! On a side note, I'm wondering if we are the only ones posting to this message board thread. It seems like it would get more traffic under the fitness category, or it may be that people are just finding it harder to burn 5000+ calories this time of the year.
Hopefully, people will remember to post this coming Monday. I find it easier to maintain my own motivation when I see others working hard toward the goal as well.0 -

Haven't done today yet. I'm not sure I will make it since I strained a neck muscle yesterday and couldn't do my full workout yesterday. I almost didnt finish what i was doing but i just modified everything, so thats why i didnt burn as much.I was planning on running today, and a DVD but my neck still hurts. I'm going to go on a long walk, and hopefully by the end of the day it will feel better and I can do my DVD.it's starting to feel a little better so who knows.

Monday 10/31-burned 1067 doing 30.1 on spin bike!!!
Tuesaday 11/1-burned 780 calories doing 100 jj's, 100 squats, 3/15 dumbbell lateral raises, 3/15 barbell shoulder shrugs, 3/15 dumbbell front alternating raises, 3/15 dumbbell bicep curls, 3/15 bicep curls on weight machine, and 8 mile bike ride.
Wednesday 11/2-OFF
Thursday 11/3-burned 1140 calories doing 100 jj's, 100 lunges, 8 mile bike ride, 3/20 swimmer presses, 3/15 wood chops, 3/15 lawnmowers, 3 sets of 21's, and 60mins of Zumba.
Friday 11/4- burned 1023 calories doing 5K walk/jog, 100 jj's, 100 crunches, 35 pushups, 60 min BodyWorks/abs class @LaFitness.
Saturday 11/5-burned 1194 calories doing 60mins of "Zumba" with hand weights, 40 windshield washers, 40 toe touches, 50 crunches, 25 knee lifts each leg, 100 squats, 100 calve raises, and 8.1 mile bike ride!

LOL, I'm a crazy man on the bike. Plus, our instructor is a fast little marathon runner and she likes to have her Starbucks coffee before class which makes her extremely hyper (lol). I realized I could double my calorie burn about two months ago by speeding up the pace through all of the intervals we do. But, this week was really out of the ordinary.0 -
