    I have been cutting carbs for the past week and my ride today was awful. I had absolutely no power in my legs, felt lightheaded, needed two breaks and got home feeling like crap. :sick:
    Anyway,
    I did get 20km in

    Tomorrow I have some carbs along with my protein before I ride, then maybe I will make it up the mountain.

    Just found this challenge. Hope I'm not too late.

    Between Nov 1 and Nov 8 I have ridden 110 miles. In November I plan to ride 450 miles between spinning and road bike. Thanks.

    I'm in..the goal is 3 centuries by DEC 1
    (i live in California and average 40 to 50 miles on sundays)

    200 on the road bike (if it rains on my road ride day --sunday-- I will do my miles on the spin bike)

    AND

    100 on the spin bike

    WEEK 1
    Nov 1 9 miles spin 40 min
    Nov 3 9 miles spin 40 min
    Nov 6 12 mile spin 65 min
    TOTAL this week 36 (ran a 10 k on saturday...took today as a recovery day instead of doing the longer 40-50 mile sunday ride)

    WEEK 2
    Nov 8 9 miles spin 40 m
