Lol, how did you get a puncture on a turbo trainer? Run over glass or something, haha
I presume the tire/tube had an issue already that was inevitable whether I rode the bike on the trainer or on the road. <shrug>0 -

My husband set the resistance on the trainer this morning. Clearly, he sets it higher than I do! HA! I did get a good workout, though. I've been averaging higher mph each time so I had to work to do it this time!

Today I actually rode my bike on the road for a change! We are at the beach (Gulf Coast of Alabama) for a few days and it's a lovely 77 degrees!

Today I actually rode my bike on the road again! WOOHOO! 77 degrees here in paradise. Too bad I can't live here permanently. It's a lovely 77 degrees!

11/21 - 41 minutes - 9.21 miles (18 minutes with a lovely tailwind, then 23 minutes with a nasty headwind!)

Though it is pouring rain out now I did get 20 km more to add to my November total and it is looking good that I will get two more rides in this week. So I am up to around 150 km and will add 40 more before the week is out.0
